Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History. Send an email to contact@shoppingeh.com to update the order details.
If you find out there was a problem with your order, you can contact us at contact@shoppingeh.com and we will reply to your email within 24 hours with a solution.
In the event you forget a password for your account, you can reset your password by clicking Forgot Password link on the Sign In screen.
To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right,
Select My Account, then click Edit your Password and Account details.

After both parties agree for a return, please allow at least 1-2 weeks after we receive the item back in our warehouse and inspecting it before checking your refund status.
If you find an issues with the order, you can contact us at contact@shoppingeh.com within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please note all items are not eligible for a return and it will be decided by us (ShoppingEh.com) on a case to case basis. Some of the returns will incur a 40% restocking fee. We will give you directions on how to proceed with the return process.

Once you add items to the card and during checkout you can see if your order qualifies for Free Shipping. Final decision regarding Free Shipping will be ours and we have the right cancel an order if the actual shipping charges will very high.
You can send an email to contact@shoppingeh.com with your order number mentioning the correct address to ship. Please note if shipping to the new address incurs any additional charges, we will notify you and send you an invoice for the difference.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can’t change your delivery address. If the shipment is returned back to us by the carrier as undelivered, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee. If the order was Free Shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping charges before refund. You can also request to re-ship it to the correct address after you pay the shipping fee.

If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.

After you add products to the cart and if you can see shipping rates, most probably we will be able to ship it. Carriers might refuse packages to PO Box and/or for some other reason. We will immediately let you know and refund your money in such cases.
